about CLARE PACE RODGERS

With clients ranging between small home owners needing help with their insurance needs to corporate litigation clients, I seek to help all clients find the best solution to their litigation needs. My approach to law is the same as my approach to my life has been, focused on helping people, giving back to my community, and striving to do my all for my friends, family, and clients. 

My strengths are in my client and opposing counsel relations. I pride myself on being quick to answer my clients needs. Being a lawyer many times includes being a counselor as people navigate the unfamiliar path of litigation. I also believe that this kindness should extend to the other side of the aisle. I can certainly be tough when it is necessary, but I strive to keep an open dialogue between myself and opposing counsel to ensure that my clients' cases are treated fairly.
